Re: [CanineCancer] Newbie needs ideas/support

TOTW is my abbreviation for Taste of the Wild!

Canned food is a pain, since you're always buying food, but I personally think it's better than kibble.  Of course, if you have time, you could always home-cook.  Some people on here, myself included, do that - and may have recipes to share.  I feed half home-cooked and half canned.  I'm not much of a cook, but I've gotten good at whipping up a food processed turkey/veggie/rice/almond concoction once a week.  (Some nuts are surprisingly healthy, and since dogs apparently don't have to worry about cholesterol and high blood pressure, almonds and brazil nuts are good for them.)
