Hi Karen. Welcome to our wonderful group. I know a lot of folks on here are feeding a low carb diet, so perhaps they can help. I think your choices in kibble are limited, as almost all companies use some grain or potato to be able to extrude the kibble. However, there are a number of canned foods (Evo, Wellness, etc.) that are low or no grain/carb food. You may want to consider those - or even feeding part TOTW and part canned. I tried feeding my guy Evo 95% protein early on after being diagnosed with cancer, but he got a bit constipated without at least some grain. Now I feed some, but not a lot of, long grain brown rice, plus a canned food that includes barley.
I know at least one person on here has dealt with the type of cancer Princess has, so hopefully that person will see your introduction and respond.
Hope Princess does well - I know how devastating it is to hear that word "cancer."
