Welcome Joieann and Bubba.  The feeding challenges can be, well, just that, ongoing challenges.  Not sure why Bubba is not eating as he is not in treatment yet because chemo certainly does cause our pups to lose their appetite.  Have you talked to your vet about an appetite stimulant?  There are several that can be prescribed.
 
Hope that you are able to find that magic conconction that appeals to Bubba..don't give up.
