Hi Carla, don't know if you read my last email reply. My dog Shooz had two different types of chemo without success. Her remission that was supposed to last about a year - only lasted three months. A repeat of the chemo, her tumors grew very fast in a three week period. She hasn't had chemo since Aug 15. I started treating her with an artemisinin and curcumin protocol. Added cottage cheese and fish oil to her diet (Budwig diet), give her ionized/alkaline water and reiki healing treatments. Yes some people tell me I am nuts about the alkaline water. I have 4 water dishes out in the house. Shooz only will drink the alkaline water - explain that! I too have been drinking this water. Although all my coworkers and husband have been sick with the flu and colds this year - I have not picked up a thing. Being a sleep deprived person - that is pretty awesome. Shooz is doing great. She is 12 years old, goes on long hikes everyday and eats like a horse. Like I have said before - not a cure but hey she is getting extended quality life. Unfortunately what works for some dogs (or people) may not work on others. Some dogs have great success with chemo. Science can't explain everything. Just like there have been people diagnosed with terminal cancer and for some unexplainable reason the cancer disappears without treatment. Positive energy is very important as well.
