[CanineCancer] Pain management options for Dorothy?

We stopped Dorothy's chemo treatments last month. She's now on a variety of meds to keep her comfortable from here on out, but the past few days have been pretty bad. She pants and paces and can't get comfortable, and my heart bleeds to watch her. I keep hoping she can see it through each bout of pain and feel better for just a little while longer. I'm not ready to let her go yet, but I know I need to do what's right for her.

I currently have her on the max doses of Tramadol, Pred, and a variety of other meds. A few months back the emergency vet gave her Buprenex and I swore I'd never do that to her again because of the side effects, but are there other options that I can ask my vet about?

Jenny and Dorothy
Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma, diagnosed 12/09
