Don't feel guilty. I recently came back too with Samson (dx lymphoma
12/10) after losing Indy to oral melanoma almost 4 yrs ago, then Lovey
about 2 1/2 yrs ago. I think I remember Maggie Mae. I, too, was hoping
I'd never have to come back, although like you, canine cancer was
never far from my mind, nor did I forget the support it brought. Not
only that, but I learned so much. Now I'm dealing with lymphoma,
something I have no experience with. Samson is also a rescue and we
think 10 - 12 yrs old.
It's good to make your reaquaintance, but I'm sorry we have to do so
under these circumstances. Healing thoughts and prayers out to you,
