Glad to find this group.
My 13 yo Standard Poodle "Max" was diagnosed with gastric cancer 3 weeks ago. Vets in NYC recommended Palladia, which is used for Mast cell tumors, as the only option, since surgery and other chemo not effective.
Has anyone heard of successful treatments for gastric cancer? All the DVM's say the prognosis is very very poor.
Trying holistic nutritional support as well. Max is tolerating the Palladia with no side effects EXCEPT he will not eat!!!
