Welcome to the group Kellee and Papa though I am so sorry for the reasons that have brought you here. This is a wonderful group of people and you will find a great deal of support and info! Read through the files as there is a great deal of info there. Whenever you have questions just send off a post with info in the subject line. There are many in the group with pups who are fighting Mast Cell Tumors (MCT) so I know there will be others to welcome you.
If you haven't already I definitely encourage you to consult with an oncologist. They are the experts in the field and have the training, resources, and experience to take on the cancer beast! No matter how wonderful our regular vets are, they just don't have the experience to fight cancer. I would also suggest that you consult with a holistic vet - there is a great deal that you can do to help Papa with diet changes (high protein and no/low carb) and immune boosting supplements.
I know how scary this all is... but there is HOPE!!! Keep us posted. I am sending healing prayers your way!
